    San Francisco was one of the earliest farms planted by German immigrants, whose families continued to live on the farm through the years.
    Historically, it served as a showcase of the latest growing techniques combined with modern land conservation practices.

    El Diamante, or "The Diamond," is a tiny gem - our smallest farm. It is located near San Ramón, a late 1800's gold mining town.
    When the gold rush ended, El Diamante began producing a new gold standard in Matagalpa - fine Arabica coffee.
